Especially in turbulent phases it is essential to consciously pay attention to yourself and to pause. Self-awareness and self-care are, quite literally, vital.

In Lifeline coaching I take the time to look at your current life situation together with you — without ready-made solutions, without expecting a particular outcome. At the centre stands self-experience: consciously perceiving what truly is, right now.
From this clarity the next steps emerge. Self-care, reorientation, often also a new inner standpoint. Frequently small impulses are enough to help you find fresh courage and regain strength.

Fast, empathetic help in difficult life situations.
When decisions press, a crisis hits or the ground has been pulled from under your feet — short-notice appointments are always possible. We take the time for what matters now.

When two people want to find their way back to each other.
Relationships are a mirror of ourselves. Where conflicts become stuck, it is often not more arguments that help, but a third, neutral space. In couples coaching I accompany you there.
